Hi, Arthur!

Here are some pictures of our EN8950 with rackmount kit, which still doesn't seem to fit our 19-inch rack.

magic nut
We did finally manage to find a nut with an edge narrow enough to fit in the question-mark-shaped rail bracket. (Wish nuts like these were included in the rackmount kit!)

So we're now using entirely Enlight-supplied hardware, except for the rack itself, and the bolts and nuts to secure the curly Enlight brackets to the rack.

Curly bracket
Installed rail

Here's the curly bracket itself, as shipped in the rackmount kit. You can see that it allows the back of the sliding rail to press flush against the rack rail.

The chassis members on the bottom/right of the case. The top/left looks just the same. Yes, the manual does suggest mounting these on the bottom edge of the case; should that matter? The case sides are flat, so the width will be the same either way.

Case with chassis members is about 17 3/8" wide.

Space between rails, pressed outward, is about 17" -- too small! Even the space between the inner edges of the curly brackets is less than 17 3/8". How could this possibly fit?

It seems to be a standard 19" rack. Spacing between columns of holes in rack rail is 18 1/4".
