AMCC 3ware Diagnostic Utility

tw_cdiag.exe is a DOS based utility that is used to diagnose problems 
with your AMCC 3ware DiskSwitch Storage Controller.

In order to run it you need to create a bootable diskette and copy the
appropriate files onto it. It is necessary for the following files to be
in the root directory:

   tw_cdiag.exe    -- diagnostic tool
   dumpdcb.twd     -- script file used by tw_cdiag.exe
   autoexec.bat    -- from AMCC 3ware, to invoke program and save log files
   readme.txt      -- this file

Note: To create a DOS bootable floppy diskette insert a blank diskette
into the A: drive. From a Windows 95/98/ME DOS prompt window or from a
DOS prompt under MS-DOS (will NOT work with Windows NT or 2000) type in
the following:

   format a: /s

If it asks for volume label hit ENTER for none. Copy all the necessary
files for the diagnostic program to the floppy drive and reboot the system
with the floppy inserted.
